Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-01
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Gevura, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Veloro Studio ("Gevura", "we", "us"), based in Wyoming, United States.
2. The service
Gevura is a goal accountability application for ambitious builders. It lets you define goals, log time, receive reminders, and review monthly progress. Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by our payment provider who acts as the payment processor. We never store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
5. 30-day free trial
New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the price displayed at signup.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and materials in Gevura are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the goals, time logs, and other content you create — you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Prohibited use
You must not: use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; abuse, harass, or spam other users; reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent technical limits; resell or redistribute the service; or interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, automated scraping).
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
